Matching Organisms with Drawings
These are species of the Tintinnid genus Xystenellopsis. For many species of planktonic protists, little information is available beyond a drawing made many years ago when the 'species' was described. These drawings are from the 1929 monograph on tintinnids by Kofoid & Campbell .
